Reactive a Deactivate or Suspended Account.

First of all if your are account is suspended/deactivated without prior notice or information, know very well that there is a valid reason for it.

Deactivate or Block Account

• If the customer has deactivated his account, then IRCTC suspends that account and does not never reactive it.And if there is any money on IRCTC e wallet ,IRCTC does not refund that money.
• If IRCTC has deactivate or block your account without any prior notice , So IRCTC activate it.

Suspended Account

If your account has been suspended given below reason ,IRCTC never reactive your account .If IRCTC suspend account without any prior notice , IRCTC reactivate it.

Reason IRCTC Suspended/Deactivate your account.

• IRCTC may block user account if there is some suspicious activity in your account.
• If you book many tickets in one day (you can only book 6 tickets per month)
• If you create many account same email ID and same mobile number .
• If you give wrong information to IRCTC at the time of account creation and given information does not match with real information.
• if you book same passenger many different trains on the same day.
