Hello experts!
Today, i.e., 17/09/2017 i was about to get down at BCN, unfortunately, as this is my very first visit to bengaluru. I got down at beng city junction stop. One of the tte asked me to show the ticket, as i dont know which stop it was, i had shown him. He charged me 330/- and i am aware, that he wrote a wrong challan on my name.. so is the reason i was ready to pay the bill. He wrote some local train challan. And im from hyderabad. Now, i want to file a complaint against him. How to proceed? Or else shall i go by RTI? As my uncle is the working in rti dept, can i get a better reply there?
