I want to know about refund of ticket & filied TDR.

I booked a ticket in sleeper class(general quota). But it is not confirm at booking time, at booking time waiting no of my ticket is 13.
So, I booked a another Tatkal ticket in sleeper class in same date, same passenger ID proof, same passenger name. My Tatkal ticket is confirmed in same coach.
But after few hours previous ticket (which is waiting list) is also confirmed.
I decided to travel with Tatkal ticket.
So I try to cancel my ticket which is general quota (Not Tatkal Quota). But due to some reason it is not possible to cancel ticket, so I filed TDR as "Passenger Not Travel".
What is next process to get refund of my general quota ticket?
Did I get refund?

[Note : Both tickets (general quota & Tatkal quota) is booked in same coach & same passenger ID proof.]

What do you mean by SL class ticket confirmed? RAC?
Also there is no need to give ID proof for both normal and tatkal tickets for you.

Here are the charges:

Cancellation charge per passenger on confirmed (reserved) tickets:-
(i). 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the train minimum cancellation charge
1st AC/executive class: Rs. 240
2 AC/1st Class : Rs. 200
3AC/ACC/3A economy: Rs. 180
Second sleeper class : Rs. 120
Second class : Rs. 60
(ii). Between 48 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled
departure of the train @ 25% subject to minimum charge as per (i) above.
(iii) between 12 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled departure of the train @ 50% subject to minimum charge
as per (i) above.
(iv) No refund after the above prescribed time limit.
