I recently opened a bank account in New India Cooperative Bank...and I don't know how to use netbanking for IRCTC.....plsss help.....

Right now there is no option to pay through Netbanking of New India Cooperative Bank but you can pay from Master/Visa Debit card or credit card.

There is also an option to pay by Cash Card like Itz/OXI cash card.
