This is related to PMR no-2630901841, I had canceled this tkt on 16th of Feb 2013 by File TDR process with clause all the passenger not traveled. As per the Railway rule 50% of amount to be refund to consumer. But I have only received 1/3rd of amount. As example total fare is Rs 1185.00, and I have only received Rs 394.00. So I have again open this Case and after 4 year I have received a mail against the PMR that "refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : IRCTC/ERTD/MAY/18/16.05.14/SR and the reason being : REPUDIATED BY SOUTHERN RAILWAY".
